Our Fees
At Capogee Venture Advisors, we have great confidence in our highly-focused service offering, our unwavering commitment to clients, and in our ability to greatly increase the odds of your capital raise.
To further enhance this relationship, we always attempt to align our respective interests, with an emphasis placed on achieving successful results. We're also willing to share in the inherent risks associated with this process. To this end, the primary components of our compensation structure include:
- A Success Fee: often 90-95% of our total compensation.
- A Small Retainer:
To support the very real benefits you receive for time saved, market intelligence gained, and better package preparation.
To confirm that you equally value our relationship and the contribution we bring to the table.
To defray a small portion of the costs associated with the preparation, coaching and execution phase of the financing.
